What kind of physical condition do I need to be in to participate in workshops and activities?

All of the movement workshops (yoga, hiking, etc.) are suited to all levels of experience. Check in if you have specific concerns around limited mobility, etc. While we encourage trying out some new and maybe even slightly intimidating things at camp, everything is optional and we trust you to opt in or out at your discretion.  Note: Our camp host venues have hills, so you may find your booty & thighs are a bit stronger by the end of the weekend!
